Dolcetto d'Alba Doc
The color is of an intense ruby red with violet reflexes. It has a delicate and very fruity nose which is unmistakably interwoven with a whiff of violet. On the palate it is dry, well balanced and pleasantly bitterish. A well structured and elegant wine, which is ready to be drunk, thanks to its well balanced acidity.
A versatile wine, that pairs with all courses of the meal. Perfect with starters and not too savoury first courses. Serving temperature 17-18 °C.
