Langhe Doc Nebbiolo
The wine is ruby red in color with garnet reflexes. It has intense yet delicate scents of violet, spices and ripe fruit. On the palate it is dry and soft with a pleasant balance and a fine, harmonious structure.
Uncork a couple of hours before serving. Ideal with fresh egg noodles, risotto, small game and mature cheese. Serving temperature 17-18 °C.
