BARBARESCO DOCG
Deep ruby red in color with hints of orange. It has an intense, ethereal nose with a light hint of jasmine. On the palate it is smooth with a great balance of acidity and tannins and a soft note of violet. The dense, yet delicate tannins give this wine a full- bodied, smooth taste mainly of dark chocolate and spices.
Uncork a couple of hours before serving. Perfect with roast, game, aged cheese and pasta or rice dishes with truffles or mushrooms. Serving temperature 18-20 °C.
