Barbera d'Asti Docg Superiore
The color is deep ruby red and it has an intense, persistent nose with characteristic scents of cherry, raspberry and jam. On the palate it is smooth with a great structure. This wine also has a good aging potential.
Uncork a couple of hours before serving. Perfect with main courses, small game, simmered meat and mature cheese. Serving temperature 17-18 °C.
